At Smiles Kids, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Be in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personal hygiene products (e.g., pacifiers, baby bottles, etc.).
    • Sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Contact@smileskids.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address for returns.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • If a defective or incorrect item was sent, please contact us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at Contact@smileskids.com with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
    3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Contact@smileskids.com.
