Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., pacifiers, baby bottles, etc.).
- Sale or clearance items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Contact@smileskids.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address for returns.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- If a defective or incorrect item was sent, please contact us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at Contact@smileskids.com with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
